Administrative Assistant

Reports to: Sr. Manager – Sperm Call Center
Assist the client services department with clerical tasks, including data entry, scanning and client communications.
You Will:
Help with ongoing projects, such as scanning of client charts.
Manage incoming e-faxes, data entry, scanning, and filing.
Process client paperwork, including physician authorizations and client refunds and exchanges.
Direct client inquiries to the team members.
Support the client services department with miscellaneous projects.
Assist clients waiting in the call queue during peak hours
You Have:
High school diploma or equivalent and 4+ years of related experience OR Bachelor’s degree with at least 1 year of related experience
Microsoft Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
Focus on multiple tasks
Proficiency communicating fluently with others.
Practice prioritizing projects and organization.
