Crissair is looking for an experienced Human Resources Coordinator to join our HR Team!

Summary
Under minimal supervision, provides administrative support in functional areas of human resources including but not limited to personnel records, employee relations, job evaluation, benefits administration, training, and special projects. Assists in the implementation of human resources policies and procedures and their dissemination through employee handbooks, communications, and/or meetings.
Job Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other tasks and duties may be required as directed.
• Administers HRIS input, maintenance and reporting of employee information.
• Responsible for scanning, verifying and maintaining all employee personnel files and various Human Resources related documents.
• Responsible for reconciling all time and attendance functions including Kronos/UKG processing and time off requests.
• Responsible for informing managers and supervisors of call outs and maintains call out log.
• Responsible for maintaining employee recognition programs (birthdays, anniversaries, etc.)
• Responsible for new hire processing by creating employee badges, sending IT related set-up forms, and data entry of new employees.
• Supports internal job posting program places job advertising in various media.
• Assists with updating job descriptions, maintaining skills matrix and wage chart.
• Provides assistance and information to employees on a variety of human resources subjects and promotes good employee/company relationships. Ability to deal effectively with all levels of personnel.
• Assists employees with low-level questions regarding any of the company offered benefits.
• Prepare/maintain numerous reports for ESCO i.e.; Headcount, Life/AD&D, CBIZ, Census, etc.
• Processes required information to establish and begin benefit payments.
• Plans, organizes and oversees ManageWell program.
• Assists Human Resources administrative functions – payroll, employee evaluations, employee training.
• Assists with specials projects as assigned (Open Enrollment for health benefits, Health Fair, Employee Events etc.)
Qualification Requirements
Education/Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree (B.A. or B.S.) from four-year college or university; or three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Skills
• Good command of the English language, both written and spoken.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
• Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community.
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, customers, employees, and the general public.
Math Skills
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
• Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Reasoning Skills
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, verbal, or diagram form.
