Job Description

Full Charge Bookkeeper

Adriana’s Insurance Services is seeking skilled, talented, and experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team. This is a great opportunity for leaders looking for success!

Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsible for full cycle accounting duties
Code and enter vendor expense invoices
Accounts payable including: purchase orders and vendor records maintenance
Process accounts receivable and invoice clients and customers
Prepare bank deposits
Ensure accuracy in general ledger
Prepare quarterly sales tax returns
Reconcile all balance sheet accounts; reviewing for input accuracy and prepare monthly reports and journal entries, as needed
General ledger maintenance
Prepare monthly financial statements
Prepare annual 1099’s
Assistance with the annual budget and audit process
New vendor setup and maintenance
Vendor statement reconciliation and discrepancies
Prepare and/or review of all expense reports for accuracy and proper expense disclosure
Recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting options
Analyzing investments to provide effective recommendations
Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping financial information confidential

Qualifications:

Associate’s degree in accounting or related field (preferred)
Certified Bookkeeper, (preferred)
5+ years of experience in a bookkeeping role
Advanced accounting and bookkeeping software experience (NetSuite)
