Position: Finance Administrator
Location: Bay Area, CA near Santa Clara 94103
Duration: 9 Months

Job Overview:

Principals Accountabilities:

Keep tracks of CAPEX & OPEX budgets and actuals
Supports in budget planning and execution
Collects quotes and supports in issuing of POs
Tracks and consolidates spend, manages invoices and good received
Supports in onboarding of new hires
Coordinates site logistics for team as required
Prepares program and project documentation such as presentations, reports, etc.
Principal Responsibilities:

May provide finance & other administrative support to leadership level team members
May assist in providing assignments of office space and facilitate expansions as well as office moves
May performs on-site assignments for corporate and on-site human resources efforts to include setting up meetings, and aiding in activities to meet employee and corporate needs
May coordinate and manage site events related to ongoing projects or corporate visits
Skills:

Financial acumen and experience from requesting quotes, raising POs, and performing goods received
Strong knowledge of MS Office applications
Strong knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
Strong communication and time management skills
Ability to multi-task
Detail oriented
