Financial Analyst, Entry Level – Mergers & Acquisitions

As a Financial Analyst, you will work directly with industry veterans in performing valuation analyses and facilitating the sale of IT & engineering firms. Develop expertise in a fast-growing industry. Without layers of hierarchy, you will have an immediate client-facing responsibility with the opportunity to drive transactions to a conclusion.
Job Duties for Financial Analyst:
Prepare valuation analyses of companies contemplating sale
Prepare materials to market companies to prospective purchasers
Prepare confidential information memoranda
Work with engagement lead and client to facilitate the sale
Provide analyses of industry data to trade associations to keep the industry informed.
Qualifications for Financial Analyst:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related fields.
Strong written and verbal communication
Strong analytical, problem-solving, project management, and verbal and written communications skills along with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
